SPORTS I DO
I use excercise as a medicine. I train for long term health. I do movement sports, joga & strength training.
My dayly habbit is at least 1 hour. I have no training plan. I do as I feel.
I have built startups in the social news, mobile, outdoor adventure, mental health, and obstacle running industries. From idea to expansion, I have done it all. I experienced burnout, failure and success on my hero journey business adventures.
After a while, I developed a passion for sharing my experience with other entrepreneurs and students through mentorship, training, and guidance. Furthermore, I provided advice to a variety of entrepreneurial support organizations, investment funds established by governments and the European Commission.
Sport has been my favorite companion for decades. I do at least an hour of running, biking or swimming per day. I also regularly do strength exercises, meditate, do yoga and connect with nature while hiking.
I see entrepreneurship as a journey towards freedom, independence and self-development.

I work as an independed expert for Accelerator, Eureka, EuroStars, SIH, Innovation Fund Denmark innovation funding programs for entrpreneurs.
